Spicy Glazed Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
8 pounds chicken wings cut in 2 pieces
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 packet adobo mix (consists of soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, garlic)
¼ cup tamarind seasoning mix
½ cup honey or sugar
2 tablespoons labuyo sauce (chili)
cornstarch
Directions:
Put the chicken wings in a saucepan then cover with enough water and add all the ingredients, except the cornstarch. Simmer until the chicken wings are cooked. Add cornstarch to thicken the sauce. Drain the chicken wings and save the sauce.
Fry the wings on a greased non-stick frying pan until light golden. Drizzle some sauce to glaze the wings. You can use the remaining sauce as dipping sauce if desired. Serve hot.
